Quantitative Biology Certificate

A complementary add-on to either a degree in mathematics or biology.

Requirements

28 credit hours including:

• MATH/BIO 340 and MATH/BIO 494
• At least 12 hours of courses in mathematics, statistics, or computer science of which at least 8 hours must be at the 300-level or above and
• At least 12 hours of life sciences courses of which at least 8 hours must be at the 300-level or above.
• Independent research credits satisfy the 300-level and above requirement.
